This Privacy Notice describes how Foundation Preparation PALLAS-reactor registered in the Trade Register at the Chamber of Commerce under number 59456302 (“PALLAS”, “us”, “our”, and “we”) collects, uses, stores, and shares your information.

We ensure the security of your personal data. It occurs in accordance with relevant legal requirements.

This Privacy Notice pertains exclusively to the processing of personal data by PALLAS.

1.2           WHAT PERSONAL DATA DOES PALLAS PROCESS? 

PALLAS collects, uses, stores, and shares your information when:

Requesting Information: When you contact PALLAS, we collect and securely store the data you provide, such as your name, email, and the nature of your request. We assure you that any information you provide through our forms will remain confidential and will not be shared with external parties.

Research Purposes: Be informed that any confidential information or personal data that has been provided by you, or on your behalf, provided that it is anonymized and not traceable, will be utilized for statistical and research purposes.

Job Applications: When applying for a position at PALLAS or responding to a job opening, whether it has been posted on our website or not, you will be asked to provide personal information, such as your resume. We use this data to assess your application and retain it for up to two months after the application processing. After this period, PALLAS will request your consent to retain your information for a maximum of six months for potential future opportunities. Please be aware that you have the option to request the deletion of your personal data after the initial two-month application processing period.

Registration for Training: When you enrol in training or educational programs through our website, we securely collect and retain the information you provide, including your name, email, educational background, and certifications. Please be aware that the information you provide in the registration forms is only disclosed to third parties when it is essential for conducting the training, assessments, and certificate issuance process.

Business Relationships: PALLAS collects and processes personal data from individuals working for our business partners. This is done to maintain our business relationships and to propose or to provide information about our services, products, activities, and closing or maintaining agreements. The personal data we process for these purposes includes names, contact details, and the positions of our contact persons. In certain cases, in order to meet the goals of our business relationships, PALLAS is allowed to share this personal data with third parties, such as subcontractors who provide services on our behalf.

Camera Surveillance, Visitor Registration, and Access Control: PALLAS processes personal data in the context of camera surveillance, visitor registration, and access control as required by applicable legislation and regulations. For these purposes, PALLAS will collect and process personal information, including but not limited to name, address, email, passport number, and passport validity date.

d. PALLAS receives information from third parties

Receiving Information from Third-Parties: If you are an authorized representative of a client or supplier associated with PALLAS, you have the option to provide personal data on their behalf. In this case, PALLAS will use this information to initiate, execute and complete transactions with you.

1.3           WHEN WILL PALLAS SHARE YOUR INFORMATION? 

At no time we will share your data with third parties without your prior consent, except in situations where sharing is necessary for the specific purpose for which you provided your personal data, as outlined in our agreement with you, or in the following cases:

a. Required by Legal Obligations: We will disclose or transfer your personal data to third parties in case we are legally required or compelled to by a court decision.

b. Business Transfers or Bankruptcy: We will disclose or transfer your data to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or any other sale of all or part of PALLAS's assets, or any business transaction necessitating the disclosure of your information.

1.4           HOW DOES PALLAS STORE AND PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION? 

PALLAS prioritize the security of your information and have implemented all commercially reasonable steps to safeguard it from loss, theft, alteration, or misuse, in accordance with relevant laws and the sensitivity of the data.

It's important to note that even the best security measures cannot entirely eliminate all risks, and therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security for your information.

1.5           HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? 

PALLAS will retain your information for as long as necessary in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected, our business needs, and in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. When we dispose of your data, we will do so in a way that is secure and appropriate to the nature of the information subject to disposal.

1.6            YOUR RIGHTS ON DATA SUBJECTS 

PALLAS offers you the option to exercise certain control and make choices regarding the collection, use, storage, and sharing of your information. In this regard, you can:

a. Request a Data Inquiry: If you want to know which of your personal data is being processed by PALLAS, you can submit a request for a data inquiry.

b. Request Data Modification: If you believe your data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can make a data modification request to have your data changed or supplemented.

c. Request Data Deletion: You can also request the removal of your personal data by submitting a data deletion request.

d. File a Complaint to PALLAS: If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data or regarding the response to your request, we would appreciate it if you informed us about it.

e. File a Complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority: You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority about our processing of your personal data and you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority in this regard.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST OR FILE A COMPLAINT TO PALLAS BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO INFO@PALLASREACTOR.COM. WE WILL PROCESS YOUR REQUEST OR COMPLAINT WITHIN 4 WEEKS.

1.7            THIRD PARTIES 

PALLAS strictly prohibits its contractors, affiliates, vendors, and suppliers from disclosing any personally identifiable information they obtain from PALLAS, except as explicitly permitted by our Privacy Notice.

Be informed that third parties are under no obligation to comply with this Privacy Notice with respect to personally identifiable information that users provide directly to those third parties, or that those third parties collect for themselves. These third parties encompass a range of service providers, widgets, and third-party applications accessible through our website

1.8            SOCIAL MEDIA 

On our website, you may encounter hyperlinks that will redirect you to a social network when clicked. When you interact with a social plug-in, such as Facebook's or LinkedIn's "Like" button, that specific social network's plugin will be activated, and your browser will establish a direct connection to that provider's servers. If you choose not to use these buttons, none of your data will be transmitted to the respective social network's plugin provider. It's important to note that privacy protection settings on these social networks are determined by the social networks themselves and are beyond our control. 1.9            CHILDREN

Our website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, including any links to external websites provided for convenience. We do not knowingly collect information from children for any reason. If we discover that we have unintentionally obtained information from a user under the age of 18, we will promptly take the necessary steps to delete such information. 1.10       LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING 

PALLAS processes personal data in compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch privacy legislation. As of May 25, 2018,  the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) is the General Data Protection Regulation in the Netherlands, which aligns with the GDPR requirements.
