Please be aware that you have the option to request the deletion of your personal data after the initial two-month application processing period.
Registration for Training: When you enrol in training or educational programs through our website, we securely collect and retain the information you provide, including your name, email, educational background, and certifications. Please be aware that the information you provide in the registration forms is only disclosed to third parties when it is essential for conducting the training, assessments, and certificate issuance process.
Business Relationships: PALLAS collects and processes personal data from individuals working for our business partners. This is done to maintain our business relationships and to propose or to provide information about our services, products, activities, and closing or maintaining agreements. The personal data we process for these purposes includes names, contact details, and the positions of our contact persons. Camera Surveillance, Visitor Registration, and Access Control: PALLAS processes personal data in the context of camera surveillance, visitor registration, and access control as required by applicable legislation and regulations. For these purposes, PALLAS will collect and process personal information, including but not limited to name, address, email, passport number, and passport validity date.

Receiving Information from Third-Parties: If you are an authorized representative of a client or supplier associated with PALLAS, you have the option to provide personal data on their behalf. In this case, PALLAS will use this information to initiate, execute and complete transactions with you.

e. File a Complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority: You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority about our processing of your personal data and you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority in this regard.

PALLAS strictly prohibits its contractors, affiliates, vendors, and suppliers from disclosing any personally identifiable information they obtain from PALLAS, except as explicitly permitted by our Privacy Notice.

1.10 LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING
PALLAS processes personal data in compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch privacy legislation. As of May 25, 2018, the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) is the General Data Protection Regulation in the Netherlands, which aligns with the GDPR requirements.
